1. Acceptance of terms. By using the Sirexohault website and service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree — do not use the platform.

2. Description of the service. Sirexohault provides software tools for automated crypto trading. We are not a financial adviser and do not guarantee a specific income. Illustrative figures include up to A$1,250 per week and up to A$5,000 per month; individual results may vary. The minimum deposit is A$350.

3. Risks. Crypto trading involves high risk. You are fully responsible for your investment decisions. Past results do not guarantee future profits.

4. Registration. You undertake to provide accurate data and not to transfer access to your account to third parties.

5. Restrictions. It is prohibited to use the service for illegal activity, fraud, cyberattacks or infringement of third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property. All materials on the website (texts, design, logos, program code) are protected and belong to Sirexohault or licensors.

7. Limitation of liability. The service is provided “as is”. Sirexohault is not liable for losses resulting from market fluctuations or technical faults outside our reasonable control.

8. Changes. We may change these Terms. Continued use of the service after publication of changes means you accept the updated version.
